As an Insurance Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSSR)/ Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting clients by resolving their insurance-related issues and providing clear, effective communication. You will work closely with a small customer service team to deliver exceptional service, leveraging your knowledge of insurance terminology and licensing to assist policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Resolve insurance issues and concerns with professionalism
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding policies and claims
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain valid Property & Casualty insurance license
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Property & Casualty License
- Strong knowledge of insurance terminology
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
