Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter Pay Range: $35-$40/hr Location: Atlanta Georgia 30339 Duration: 6 month contract - Possible extensions/conversions Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Business Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Experience: 5+ years Start Date: 07/06 Interview Process: 2-3 rounds conducted via Zoom or MS Teams Extension/Conversion Potential: Yes. The intent is for these to be long-term opportunities. Job Description Must possess technical recruiting experience. Candidates must also have full-cycle corporate recruiting experience. This is not an entry-level position and requires the ability to hit the ground running immediately. Must have recruiting experience in areas such as case management, insurance, sales, and related disciplines. Candidates should be well-rounded recruiters with experience supporting a variety of labor categories. Responsibilities Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions in all functions and levels of the company Execute sourcing strategies aligned with business function talent needs utilizing new or existing sourcing channels Establish talent networks to build immediate and long-term diverse local, regional or national candidate pipelines Facilitate comprehensive, compliant selection process Ensure talent acquisition processes and best practices are executed Establish and maintain strong relationships within HR, with the Senior Leadership Team and across business leader network Report on key metrics pertaining to time, cost and quality of hire; recruitment bench; sourcing; candidate and manager satisfaction Facilitate consistent hiring and on-boarding practices Establish best in class candidate and hiring manager experience All other duties as assigned Education Requirements Bachelor's degree is required. Basic Requirements Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client management skills displaying the highest degree of integrity in implementing industry best practices (sourcing, recruiting, candidate assessment). Detail oriented, organized, creative, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the recruiting function. Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
