Proven management experience in the home services industry Strong background in HVAC service operations Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software highly Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC, service management, or related field Solid understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and operational workflows Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check Authorization to work in the United States MEP Partners, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
