Assist physicians and other cath lab personnel in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Operate advanced medical equipment to capture images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

Minimum Qualifications

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist required.
• AZ license MRTBE CRT required.
• BLS required.
• Must be certified to scrub (ARRT or equivalent) and able to function as scrub tech.
• Minimum 2 years' Cath Lab experience in a hospital setting. Level I trauma experience required.
• Experience with interventional cardiology, EP, peripheral vascular procedures, TAVR, MitraClip, IABP, and MCS preferred.
• Experience with Cerner and Xper charting systems preferred.
• Ability to meet a 30-minute response time for call and to participate in holiday rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

• RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) preferred.
• Experience with Phillips and Siemens imaging equipment preferred.
• Experience in hybrid OR / CVOR and EP lab environments preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 3x12 schedule per job posting.
• Orientation: 2 days floor-specific on-job orientation plus 12 total orientation hours.
• Call requirement: 8–12 call days per month with 30-minute response time.
• Weekend/holiday coverage: work into rotation and holiday coverage required.
• Case volume: approximately 10–25 cases per day across interventional, EP, peripheral, and hybrid procedures.
• Equipment and systems: use of Phillips and Siemens imaging, Telemetry: Phillips, EMR: Cerner and Xper.
• Staffing: charge nurse present; RT and pharmacy available 24/7; no IV team; rad techs serve as circulating and scrub support.
