The company also has a variety of voluntary benefits for employees to choose from./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCleaning of the shop, shop grounds, shop office, shop vehicles, and shop equipment/liliPerform routine lubricating maintenance on mixer trucks, tractor trucks, and trailer sets/liliPerform maintenance on the shop and assist with repairs/liliDrive vehicles for the purpose of maintaining dust control on plant grounds and haul roads/liliDrive company vehicle from the main shop to satellite locations, pick up and/or drop off parts at a moments notice/liliAssist shop personnel as needed/liliOther duties, as assigned/li/ulh3Education/h3pHigh school diploma/GED/ph3Requirements/Qualifications/h3ulliDrivers license with a clean driving record/liliMust have reliable transportation and excellent attendance/liliOvertime may be required; ability to work flexible hours with varying start and stop times/liliAbility to read and write in English/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to work cooperatively and effectively with others/liliAbility to use a shovel and brooms to clean grounds/liliComfortable and efficient with hand and power tools/liliMotions: climbing, stooping, bending, squatting, lifting, stretching, driving/sitting, shifting gears, twisting, pushing, pulling/liliFrequent lifting of 75 pounds; occasional lifting of 100 pounds/liliCan be exposed to extremes of hot and cold weather and wet environments/liliSteel-toed boots required; ANSI approved PPE will be provided and must be used when required/liliPosition is subject to safety-sensitive drug and alcohol testing/li/ulh3Conditions of Employment/h3pSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
