System Tester

Akkodis is seeking a System Tester for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate is responsible for executing comprehensive testing, validating end-to-end workflows, and identifying and tracking defects across multiple applications and platforms.


Rate Range: $44/Hour to $45/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


System Tester Job Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and manage end-to-end 402 contribution processes, including eligibility determination, transaction processing, limit monitoring, and exception resolution.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality and compliance with business requirements.
• Create and run custom DB2 queries to analyze test data and support project-specific testing and validation needs.
• Validate end-to-end workflows across platforms, including Peregrine, PE Web, My Plan Manager, eSetup, and Infocap.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira while collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Perform mainframe, data integrity, and cross-platform testing across multiple mobile devices, operating systems, and screen sizes while adhering to testing best practices and key control requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional, Regression, Integration, and System Testing, Mobile devices Testing, Jira.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end 402 Contribution Monitoring, PRDS payroll deduction rules, and client applications including Peregrine, PE Web, My Plan Manager, eSetup, and Infocap.
• Proficiency in DB2 query creation, mainframe testing, data integrity validation, defect tracking using Jira, and testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour
