- Perform all warehouse functions as required, including shipping, receiving, picking, stocking, material handling, inventory transactions, and parts delivery.
- Support daily warehouse operations and assist team members as business needs require.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, production staging audits, and discrepancy resolution.
- Perform Level 2 incoming inspections and customer-supplied equipment audits to ensure material accuracy, quality, and traceability.
- Manage inventory transactions, material transfers, live production order progressions, and production closeouts within ERP/WMS systems.
- Coordinate material staging and inventory availability to support production schedules and minimize disruptions.
- Generate parts quotations, process sales orders, and support customer parts inquiries.
- Coordinate shipments through UPS or LTL carriers, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Partner with Procurement and/or Production teams to resolve inventory, material, and workflow issues.
- Serve as a lead resource and point of contact for inventory control, production support activities, and assigned warehouse initiatives.
- Promote warehouse organization, safety, workflow improvements, and 5S standards.
- Assist with training and onboarding of warehouse personnel as assigned.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse, inventory, and production operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Proficient in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., RF Smart, WMS, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Working knowledge of production support processes, material staging, and inventory transactions.
- Experience coordinating shipments with major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams including Production, Purchasing, Service, and Supply Chain.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned initiatives, and serve as a resource for warehouse operations.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company vehicles.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, parts operations, or manufacturing support experience.
- Experience maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting, auditing, and inventory management practices.
- Experience utilizing ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems for material transactions and inventory control.
- Experience with shipping systems and major freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.).
- Experience supporting production material flow, staging, receiving inspections, or warehouse process improvement initiatives preferred.

The employee is occasionally required to walk stairs and/or climb ladders. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
