This is a part‑time hourly position. Responsibilities Greet and welcome every customer, creating a welcoming environment. Interact with customers to help them choose appropriate products and make recommendations based on product knowledge and their needs. Achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals. Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines. Maintain product knowledge on nutrition, wellness, and fitness trends. Support store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling, inventory counts, deposits, and store appearance. Working Conditions & Schedule Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Use of repetitive hand‑to‑finger motions and reach with hands and arms. Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85°F, especially in the stock room. Use a computer up to 60% of the day. Work nights, mornings, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and major U.S. holidays when the store is open. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. No additional experience is required.
