About Centennial Hills Hospital Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center® is a 336-bed facility that is part of the seven-hospital Valley Health System serving Northwest Las Vegas community. The hospital provides a wide range of medical services and procedures, including comprehensive women’s services. Responsibilities Responsible for assisting the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring in the nursing unit by performing clerical and receptionist duties, and performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state. Education High school or equivalent preferred. Qualifications Completion of education/experience necessary to obtain CNA Certification from Nevada Board of Nursing. Technical Skills Basic PC knowledge and medical terminology. License/Certification Current CNA license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS Certification required. Other Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department. Category I Job usually involves contact with patients or patient specimens. Exposure to blood, body fluids, non‑intact skin or tissue specimens, is possible.
