Create sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building sales team. Responsibilities: • Motivating and advising sales representatives to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training. • Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance. • Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources. • Expand the target customer base. • Work with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
