We're looking for a dependable Banquet Steward to support back-of-house operations for banquets and special events at The Brook. In this role, you'll help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of banquet equipment, dishware, and kitchen areas. Your work ensures our culinary and banquet teams have everything they need to deliver outstanding events. But this isn't just a job - it's being part of something bigger.

What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans
Ensure banquet equipment and service items are clean, organized, and event-ready
Support banquet setup and breakdown by preparing and moving service equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, stewarding stations, and storage spaces
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout each shift What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and event environment
Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset
Ability to follow procedures and maintain sanitation standards
