Customer Service Representative

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative, contract to permanent Location: Buckhannon, WV Pay Range: $20 Shift: Days 7:00-3:30 What's the Job?- Assist with customer orders, quotes, and basic support activities
- Help coordinate shipments, both domestic and international, with guidance from team members
- Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and shipment information
- Support responses to customer questions and general inquiries
- Learn and follow company quality standards and processes
- No prior experience required; entry-level position
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Motivation to contribute to a team environment
