All while understanding that together we are even better.All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability InsurancePaid Time Off from Day One403-B Retirement Plan4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental LeaveCareer DevelopmentWhole Person Well-being ResourcesMental Health Resources and SupportPet BenefitsSchedule: Full timeShift: Day (United States of America)Job Description:• Supports scheduling of personnel to provide adequate coverage during all hours of operation, using flexible staffing when appropriate.• Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.• Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low.• Performs and documents daily system quality control (QC) checks in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements.• Oversees quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.• Serves as a resource to department staff and other team members as needed.• Performs team member orientation, training, and coaching, and provides input for performance evaluations.• Promotes a positive patient experience by ensuring service excellence, effective communication, and the delivery of timely, high-quality care by the team.• Positions patients and operates mammography equipment to obtain optimal images, adjusting technical factors and compression as needed.• Ensures patient identification, safety, and comfort, explaining procedures clearly and addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and compassion.• Follows all MQSA, FDA, and ACR guidelines, including quality control testing, equipment performance checks, and documentation requirements.• Collaborates with radiologists and breast imaging team to ensure accurate imaging and timely communication of results or next steps.• Participates in patient tracking and follow-up processes, assisting with recalls, additional imaging coordination, and biopsy scheduling as required by departmental workflows.• Supports breast center initiatives, such as accreditation preparation, community screening events, or quality improvement activities.• Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to starting exams.• Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.• Performs high-quality examinations in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.• Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Knowledge in MQSA requirements & breast imaging tracking. [Preferred]Education:• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]• Associate [Preferred]Field of Study: N/AWork Experience:• 3+ years of experience [Preferred]• Experience with QC, ACR, scheduling, coordinating, inventory, and protocol management.
