This role owns the enterprise platforms that power collaboration, service delivery, and workforce productivity across the company. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization responsible for SaaS & self-service applications, enterprise collaboration tools, and the ServiceNow platform. As Zoox continues to scale, you’ll define the long-term vision for our enterprise software ecosystem, driving cloud modernization, automation, and the responsible adoption of AI to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive employee experiences.In this role you will:Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Senior Administrators across SaaS, collaboration, and ServiceNow platformsDefine and execute the Commercial Applications roadmap, including Atlassian Cloud migration and ServiceNow platform evolutionDrive operational maturity through engineering standards, SLAs, and proactive service managementChampion self-service and workflow automation to reduce manual toil and improve employee experiencePartner cross-functionally to govern SaaS procurement, security, and platform strategy at scaleQualifications:7+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications or IT Engineering4+ years of people management experience, ideally managing Team Leads or ManagersDeep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Data Center to Cloud migrationsStrong background in ServiceNow platform strategy, development, and integrationsProven ability to define and execute multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise systemsBonus QualifcationsExperience integrating AI/ML or generative AI into enterprise platformsStrong knowledge of SaaS management (SSO, SCIM, CASB) and license infrastructureCertifications in ITIL, PMP, or Agile methodologiesHands-on experience with Python or JavaScript for automation$177,000 - $245,000 a yearBase Salary RangeThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
