We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Lake Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 74-bed facility located on the banks of Lake Erie. As a STNA with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, helping them to reach their rehabilitation goals.

Assist licensed nurses with the delivery of patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide support with feeding, toileting, and ambulation, while promoting independence and dignity for our residents

Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring proper storage and disposal of supplies

Assist with transfers, repositioning, and other mobility needs, as needed

Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and residents, promoting open communication and collaboration

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, while maintaining a positive attitude and work environment
