At T‑Mobile, the Account Executive, Business Team Sales role is designed for results‑driven sales professionals who build strong customer relationships and bring T‑Mobile’s products and services to underserved markets. Job Overview The role involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring new accounts with small businesses (1‑9 employees). You will sell products, services, and solutions through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation, tailoring recommendations to negotiate and close deals. Job Responsibilities Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision. Identify and recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories to demonstrate value to customers. Negotiate and close deals. Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, relationship management, and participate in product training and sales meetings. Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals. Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) 1+ years verifiable new‑customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred) Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Task management: work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking (Required) Customer service: demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required) Communication: excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required) Negotiation: effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem‑solving (Required) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: Yes DOT Regulated Position DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 - $129,500, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $43,020 - $77,700 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
