Hiring: Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) | Nacogdoches, TX

We’re looking for a strong pharmacy leader ready to take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and patient care excellence in a retail pharmacy setting.

Location: Nacogdoches, TX (75961)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM

Full-Time Role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for dispensing accuracy, regulatory compliance, inventory control, and supervising pharmacy technicians while ensuring smooth, efficient pharmacy operations.

What we’re looking for:

PharmD + active Pharmacist License
3–5 years retail pharmacy management experience
Strong leadership & operational oversight skills
Experience with pharmacy systems & compliance standards
