We're looking for a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to serve as a trusted business partner to dealership leaders across Florida, helping drive market growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning data into action, and enjoys influencing business performance across multiple locations. Location: Florida (Tampa & Miami ideal) - Regional Travel Required Compensation Range: $80,000–$125,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
