Physical Therapist – In-House Rehab Team

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Pay Range: $40–$65/hour (DOE)**
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Locations: Brookline, Beverly, New Bedford & Newton, MA

Job Overview:

We proudly provide rehabilitation services in-house , not through outside contractors. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll be a valued and consistent member of the care team—working collaboratively with nursing and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes across our Massachusetts locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and direct physical therapy services in accordance with accepted clinical practices
• Evaluate residents and develop individualized, effective treatment plans
• Coordinate care with nursing staff and other disciplines
• Participate in resident screenings as scheduled
• Communicate clinical updates and concerns to leadership
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing
• Participate in center-directed programs and in-service training
• Travel to other Massachusetts locations on a limited basis, if needed
  

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience with older adult rehabilitation preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare settings preferred
