We're Hiring: Field Technician II | New Orleans, LA

Location: New Orleans, LA
⏰ Shift: 10-hour shifts
Position: Field Technician II

We're seeking an experienced Field Technician II to support wireless network deployment projects. If you have hands-on experience with telecom infrastructure, LTE deployments, and field installations, we'd love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Install, integrate, and commission Samsung wireless equipment
✅ Install and configure Cisco CSR routers
✅ Perform onsite testing, troubleshooting, and technical support
✅ Support LTE/VoLTE network deployments and backhaul transmission systems
✅ Collaborate with R&D, RF Engineering, Core Networking, Transport, and Program Management teams
✅ Track RMAs and maintain accurate project documentation
✅ Provide peer training and technical guidance

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
✔ 2–5 years of wireless telecommunications industry experience
✔ Experience with Samsung, Ericsson, or Alcatel-Lucent base station equipment
✔ Knowledge of LTE/VoLTE technologies (CDMA/EVDO is a plus)
✔ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office
✔ OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification (Required)
