A successful Lead Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. Extensive experience as a qualified therapist with a broad range of treatments Proven leadership experience within a spa or wellness environment Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a high-end service setting Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Relevant therapy qualifications (e.g., massage, beauty, holistic therapies) Additional certifications in advanced or specialised treatments Knowledge of spa software and booking systems Physical Requirements: Must be over the age of 18 Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required As set forth in Soho House via Caterer.com ’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy,we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.
