Job Description
Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Transmission Line QA/QC Engineer to their Youngstown office!

Responsibilities:

Overseedesign reviews/validation procedures
Ensureaccuracy and safety of the design of high voltage transmission lines usingPLS-CADD
Establishquality standards aligned with industry best practices
Develop/implementquality control procedures
Mentor/trainjunior staff with varying levels of experience
ChampionQA/QC processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality engineeringoutputs
Communicatewith project managers to align quality goals with schedule/budget

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering or engineering technology
5+years of transmission engineering experience
LicensedProfessional Engineer (PE)
Proficientin PLS CADD
Expertin the analysis of transmission structures
Abilityto comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards andregulations
Abilityto optimize complex systems and workflows
Abilityto translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and drivecross-functional collaboration
ValidDriver's License is required

Salary is commensurate with experience.
