Job Description 275K base PLUS Productivity bonus based on RVUS and experience BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Preferred start date of August 2026 See patients in the SNF setting Full-time permanent - Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule. No weekends No nights No phone call - NP will take call To see 25 patients per day RVU bonus above 25 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
