This is a hands-on role focused on Microsoft cloud, modern security, and advanced infrastructure, with junior and mid-level engineers handling day-to-day tickets.What You’ll DoLead Cloud Engineering & ArchitectureArchitect, deploy, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD (Entra ID)Lead cloud migrations, modernization projects, identity/security enhancementsOptimize Azure resources including networking, compute, storage, and governanceSupport and improve environments across Microsoft Public Cloud and AWSSecurity EngineeringConfigure and manage Intune, Defender, Sentinel, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust policiesExecute security assessments and implement best‑practice improvementsDevelop secure configurations for identity, endpoint, and cloud environmentsSenior-Level Escalation & LeadershipServe as the highest-tier escalation for cloud, security, and infrastructure issuesMentor junior and mid-level engineers; provide technical guidance and oversightParticipate in client strategy, technical roadmapping, and project scopingHelp refine and enhance internal processes, automation, and service deliveryAdvanced Infrastructure SupportOversee higher-level work in Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networkingSupport firewall technologies (Fortinet, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.) and modern network designEnsure documentation, monitoring, and operational excellence across environmentsRequirementsWhat You Bring10+ years in an MSP or multi‑client IT services environmentDeep experience with:Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Teams / SharePointAzure + Azure AD (Entra ID) architectureIntune, Defender, and Microsoft security stackWindows Server, Active Directory, GPOAWS fundamentals (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)Strong PowerShell skills a plusKnowledge of security frameworks (CIS, NIST, Zero Trust)Strong client-facing communication and project leadership abilitiesJob typePerm
