Outpatient Therapist

To support a virtual outpatient clinic focused on underserved older adults, the full-time California Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver psychotherapy in Spanish, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated care team in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetings Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent Licensed in California Fluent in both English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
