Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract)

We are hiring a Contract Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and support trial activities from patient screening through study completion. Job Details In-person, NOT REMOTE Salary: $33 - $36 per hour Schedule: Full-time, M-F, no weekends (8am-5pm day shifts) Position: Temp-to-hire, 40-hour per week Contract duration: 5 to 6 months (99% to direct hire) Location: Anaheim, CA and Fountain Valley, CA Training: 6-week in-person training Paid weekly + benefits Responsibilities Coordinate clinical research studies and patient visits Screen potential patients for protocol eligibility Guide patients through the informed consent process Maintain accurate source documentation and Case Report Forms (CRFs) Collect, enter, and manage clinical research data Respond to sponsor queries in a timely manner Track adverse events and protocol deviations Coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and study activities Ensure compliance with FDA, IRB, GCP, and HIPAA guidelines Work closely with physicians, sponsors, and research staff Help support patient enrollment and retention efforts Qualifications Experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role Knowledge of GCP, FDA, IRB, and HIPAA regulations Experience with clinical trials and research documentation Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple studies and deadlines Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
