BDC Service Appointment Consultant

This position is perfect for people with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant work, or call centers who enjoy helping customers and communicating over the phone. As a BDC Service Appointment Consultant , you will assist customers by phone and online chat with scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
