Kwik Stop – Assistant Store Manager
Kwik Stop is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for our Dubuque location. We're looking for a motivated leader who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and helping teams succeed. What You'll Do
Working alongside the Store Manager, you will:
Support daily store operations
Supervise and coach team members
Deliver outstanding customer service
Assist with inventory, cash handling, and store security
Help with scheduling, staffing, and training
Stock merchandise and maintain store appearance
Support food service operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Customer service and cash handling experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexible availabilityConvenience store, retail, food service, or hospitality management experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
This is a full-time position in Dubuque , primarily supporting 2nd shift operations. We strive to provide scheduling flexibility while meeting business needs.
