As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional projects that advance strategic initiatives and operational priorities across LCSNW. This role partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while promoting consistent project management practices and supporting successful organizational adoption of change.Lead multiple concurrent projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk and issue logs, status reports, and other project documentation in accordance with PMO standards.Build strong partnerships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, clarify roles and responsibilities, facilitate decision-making, and maintain project momentum.Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, escalating concerns as appropriate and recommending practical solutions.Facilitate project meetings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, document decisions and action items, and provide regular project updates to leadership.Integrate change management practices into project planning and execution to support stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainability of project outcomes.Support organizational adoption of project management best practices by coaching project leads, promoting consistent PMO methodologies, templates, and governance standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes.Coordinate the selection, procurement, and oversight of vendors, consultants, contractors, and other delivery partners, including assisting with requirements development, solicitations, contract coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution as assigned.How You Will Be A Great Fit:Five (5) years of related experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, including project planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, budgeting, and organizational change management.Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance, vendor management, procurement processes, and continuous process improvement.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; substantial relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree.Advanced mastery of Microsoft 365 applications, project management software, collaboration tools, and business productivity applications.Demonstrates resilience, awareness, and self-regulation in navigating change, competing priorities, conflict, and organizational barriers while maintaining productive working relationships.Thrives in a complex environment; works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver projects and enhance organizational effectiveness.Successfully completes tasks in a moderately noisy to noisy environment, depending on project portfolio.Interacts with others and performs tasks in person and using technology, with long periods of stationary activity and moderate periods of increased physical activity, including walking between meetings, presenting, facilitating discussions, and transporting project materials and equipment.Moves equipment and materials weighing up to 25 pounds regularly; may occasionally move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds if supporting facilities-based projects.Travels regularly between worksites and partner locations.Works in a variety of settings, including LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, faith-based settings such as churches and other meeting locations as required to support project delivery.This hybrid role will require working onsite in our SeaTac office as well as working with operations staff in our Districts throughout Oregon, Washington and Idaho. Travel will be required.Standard LCSNW criminal clearance, including national sex offender. Motor vehicle records, valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.Thank you!
