Job Details Entry Level Call Center Rep – Pay: $17.75/hour Start Date: August 30, 2026 Job Type: Contract-to-hire Location: San Antonio, TX (On-site to start) Overview If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working with technology, this is a strong opportunity to build your customer support career. You will start in a structured, fully on-site training and onboarding environment designed to set you up for success. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, meaning you will begin on contract for the first 4 months. Upon successful conversion to a full-time employee, you will become eligible to work remotely. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Clear path to full-time employment Remote work eligibility after conversion Opportunity to grow experience in customer service, technical troubleshooting, and multi-channel support What You’ll Do Support customers through phone and chat Assist with account management, billing questions, content inquiries, and basic site/app navigation Troubleshoot common issues related to streaming services, devices, and network functionality Recommend products and services during customer interactions Deliver a professional, consistent experience across multiple systems and customer needs Document customer issues clearly and accurately Training & Schedule Your onboarding is designed to help you build confidence and succeed in the role. Classroom/on-the-job training runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, for the first 12 weeks. After training, most schedules are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Work arrangement: Fully on-site for the initial 4-month contract period. After successful conversion to full-time employee status, team members become eligible to work remotely. Weekend and holiday availability is required based on business needs.
