Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Position Summary Production Supervisor for the 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm) at Parker Aerospace’s Gas Turbine Fuel Systems Division. The role oversees manufacturing operations, maintains safety and quality standards, drives continuous improvement, and coordinates with engineering on new product launches. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Supervise and direct work activity of team members on the designated shift, distributing workload and motivating the team. Identify continuous improvement opportunities, eliminate waste, and champion Lean Kaizen events. Ensure quality standards are met, contain quality issues, and communicate with customers for effective relationships. Perform capacity analysis using build plans and determine staffing requirements for the assigned production area. Develop and deploy standardized work instructions, ensuring process stability. Promote and enforce compliance of safety policies, conduct safety investigations and audits, and address safety non‑compliance. Qualifications B.A. / B.S. degree in a related technical or business discipline and 4+ years of directly related experience. Demonstrated ability to perform in this role, achieving desired results. Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality or operations support, and applicable information systems (e.g., MRP, WebFocus). Understanding of business and government regulations such as manufacturing specifications, FAA, and safety standards. Teamwork and team‑building skills; able to assess and develop individual and team capabilities. Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams toward new goals. Experience with data reporting tools such as WebFocus; familiarity with MS Power Apps, Forms, and Power Automate.
