The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Body Imaging Radiologist to join our growing academic faculty within the Department of Radiology. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice comprehensive body imaging in a high-volume, tertiary care setting while contributing to education, research, and multidisciplinary collaboration at a nationally recognized academic medical center.

Key Position Highlights

\n

\n
• Dedicated Body Imaging practice within a comprehensive academic medical center
\n
• Broad spectrum of abdominal and pelvic imaging, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and radiography
\n
• Interpretation of advanced body imaging studies, including multiphasic CT and MRI for liver, pancreas, and genitourinary evaluation, MRCP, MR enterography, and oncologic imaging
\n
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with gastroenterology, hepatology, transplant surgery, urology, medical oncology, and surgical oncology through integrated tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences
\n
• High-quality technologist and nursing support, with efficient workflows and robust IT/PACS infrastructure
\n
• Faculty appointment commensurate with qualifications and academic interests, offering involvement in resident and fellow education as well as opportunities to pursue research or advance clinical programs

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO (or equivalent)
\n
• ABR board certified/eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
\n
• Completion of a 12-month Abdominal/Body Imaging fellowship
\n
• Eligible for licensure in Kansas and Missouri
\n
