Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit - $2,445 per week in Lake Havasu City, AZ

TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified CVICU RN in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403!

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed blended ICU/CVICU setting with a 1:2 patient ratio
Manage adult and geriatric patients presenting with conditions including STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, sepsis, CABG, valve repair/replacement, acute respiratory failure, A-Fib RVR, stroke, trauma, and CRRT
Operate Baxter pumps and document care using the Medhost EHR system
Float to the Intermediate Care Unit as primary RN and to ED holding for admitted patients on an as-needed basis
Fulfill call requirements as designated by the unit
Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in Arizona
BLS certification required
ACLS certification required
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
Minimum 2 years of ICU/CVICU experience
Prior travel nursing experience required
Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rates
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with CRRT, TCAR, and TVAR procedures
Familiarity with Medhost or similar EHR platforms
Background in a Level III Trauma or regional referral center environment
