As a Maternal Child Health Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on mothers, newborns, and families by providing compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. What You’ll Do as a Mom/Baby Registered Nurse Provide skilled nursing care to expectant mothers, postpartum mothers, newborns, and high‑risk infants in the home setting Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans Educate families on prenatal care, newborn care, feeding, safety, and overall wellness Monitor maternal and infant health and communicate changes to the care team as needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes Document patient care accurately and timely Support and empower families during pregnancy and the postpartum period Reasons to work here as a Mom/Baby Registered Nurse Make a true difference: Witness firsthand the impact of your care on patients’ health and well‑being.
