Document Processor - Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 330pm
Tentative start date: August 19
Hourly pay: $21

This is a contract role with the possibility of being extended or becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements for financial handling.
Process incoming lockbox payments accurately and reconcile with customer accounts.
Meet defined daily/weekly targets using reliable pipelines and dashboards.
Maintain an up-to-date ledger of daily transactions and deposit activity.
Monitor and escalate discrepancies in shipments or payments promptly.
Prepare and present daily/weekly activity reports to management.
Demonstrate reliability in a high-visibility environment with measurable results.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
Engage in ongoing learning to grow toward higher responsibilities and roles.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end cash flow processes.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and secure handling of documents.
Experience/Qualifications
Accurate processing of incoming lockbox payments and account reconciliation.
Adhere to internal controls and compliance for financial handling.
Maintain up-to-date daily transaction ledger and deposit activity.
Meet daily/weekly targets using reliable pipelines and dashboards.
Monitor and escalate shipment or payment discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and present daily/weekly activity reports to management.
Collaborate with team to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
Identify process improvement opportunities to boost accuracy and speed.
Demonstrate reliability in high-visibility, results-driven environment.
Engage in ongoing learning and pursue higher responsibilities over time.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end cash flow.
Maintain clean, organized workstation and secure handling of documents.
Must be able and sustain a background check and drug screen.
