Join us in our mission to deliver exceptional patient care primarily in Warrensburg with occasional travel to Lee's Summit and Belton.

As a Medical Assistant, you play an important role working with our physicians, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive experience during their time at Ascentist Healthcare. You will help maintain a professional office environment with strong communication skills as you collaborate with your team to enhance patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit
• Collecting and documenting medical history and vital signs
• Chart prepping and maintaining accurate patient records
• Assisting providers during in-office procedures
• Preparing patients and procedure rooms ahead of treatments
• Submitting prior authorizations as needed
• Supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient flow

Job Type: Full-time

Locations: Warrensburg with occasional travel to Lee's Summit and Belton

Schedule: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday; No Weekends

Experience: Experience in ENT is preferred
