Patient Access Services Representative

To support patient care operations, the per diem Patient Access Services Representative will perform insurance verification, obtain financial demographic information, and act as a liaison between verifications and reimbursement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Obtains financial demographic information from discharge planners and outside referrals Verifies insurance information and notifies nurses of any changes Enters verified insurance data into the computer system and completes necessary forms Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of relevant experience required
