If you want to work for a company that values your contributions and supports your growth, we would like to meet you.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage end-to-end process of onboarding new clients, from straightforward to the most complex; prepare custodial paperwork to facilitate initial account investment, establish accounts with custodian, and reconcile holdings and cost basis on new and transferred accountsProvide superior internal and external client service by anticipating client needs, managing expectations and delivering quality product in a timely mannerTrains, mentors and assists with other team members' questionsDevelop skill sets to support additional areas of expertise, including Digital Concierge, technology tools, cost basis expert, financial planningMaintain client accounts, records, and systems in accordance with firm standardsPerform daily reconciliation of internal accounting system with custodiansResearch and resolve client inquiries, including the most complex, in a timely mannerReview daily reports and alerts to ensure data integrityDevelop and maintain procedures and training materialsEducate clients on account services and capabilities, participate in client meetings, including review of account materials for signature and digital conciergeParticipate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processesOther duties and projects, as assignedQualifications and Requirements:BA/BS degree requiredMinimum two (2) years' work experience in Financial Services; working knowledge of operations in a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm preferredExperience utilizing Charles Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, DocuSign, Tamarac, Addepar, and Salesforce CRM, a plusExcellent written and oral communication skills required, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and business writingProficient in all MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and OutlookProfessional, personable, tactful, efficient, and self-motivated.Collaborative, creative, team player, and problem-solver.Strong interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork valued.Strong organizational skills, multitasking, accuracy, service-minded, and meticulous adherence to details required.Strong written and verbal communications skills.Pay InformationThis position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Washington. The pay range for this position is $68,640-$85,800. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.Physical RequirementsThis position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.U.S. Eligibility RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or older.Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
