Senior Compensation Analyst - Healthcare Data & Compliance
Northside Hospital
Northside Hospital is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join its HR team in Atlanta. You will analyze wage and salary data, identify trends, and monitor payroll compliance with pay policies. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in HR/Business/Finance, two years in compensation, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
