Room AttendantVERTEX is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team in Incline Village. As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in upholding the high standards our clients expect. Keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming while delivering professional, courteous service every step of the way.ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare guest units, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areasMake beds and replace linens and towelsDust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floorsClean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and high-touch surfacesReplenish guest supplies and room amenitiesRemove trash, used linens, and towels from assigned roomsReport maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety hazardsMaintain assigned carts, supplies, and equipmentComplete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standardsFollow all safety procedures, chemical-handling requirements, and company policiesRespond professionally to guest requests and communicate concerns to leadershipSupport additional housekeeping duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious hotel, resort, timeshare, or housekeeping experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently and complete assigned tasks on timeAbility to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shiftAbility to lift and carry up to 30 poundsOpen availability, including weekends and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
