Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, operating budgets, and various financial reports

- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans

- Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and identify areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and tax laws

- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred

- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial equipment industry

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls

- Proficiency with financial software and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Inventory Experience.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with spray foam equipment or related industries is a plus but not a must.
