Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Up to $50/hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Why You'll Love Working Here $45-$50/hour based on experience or 25% of adjusted production Monthly production and incentive opportunities $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Modern technology including CBCT, digital scanners, intraoral cameras, and laser dentistry Established patient base and productive schedule Strong support from doctors, assistants, office managers, and leadership Professional, collaborative team culture Opportunities for growth and development What You'll Do Clinical & Patient Care Responsibilities Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care according to clinical standards and company protocols Perform comprehensive patient assessments and periodontal charting Identify opportunities for SRP, periodontal therapy, and additional treatment needs Educate patients on oral health, periodontal disease, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Help patients understand the importance of treatment and long‑term periodontal maintenance Partner closely with doctors during diagnosis and treatment planning Take digital radiographs, CBCT scans, and intraoral photographs as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and chart notes Deliver a positive, comfortable, and educational patient experience Support productive scheduling while maintaining high‑quality patient care Operational Responsibilities Arrive prepared for Morning Huddle and daily patient care Review patient schedules and charts before appointments Maintain efficient patient flow and schedule management Ensure operatories remain clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patient care Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards Complete daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities consistently Communicate effectively with doctors, assistants, and office leadership Stay current on office systems, workflows, protocols, and clinical standards Support patient recall and long‑term periodontal maintenance programs Team & Culture Responsibilities Contribute positively to office culture and team morale Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence Communicate respectfully with patients, teammates, and leadership Support a collaborative and efficient patient experience Demonstrate adaptability, coachability, and a commitment to continuous improvement Support office goals through teamwork and proactive problem‑solving Maintain a professional and respectful work environment Success in This Role Looks Like Builds trust and rapport with patients quickly Communicates clearly and confidently Delivers excellent clinical care while maintaining schedule efficiency Works collaboratively with doctors and teammates Takes ownership of patient outcomes and the patient experience Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and accountability Maintains a positive attitude and growth mindset Consistently looks for opportunities to improve and contribute Required Qualifications Active Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist License Strong understanding of periodontal therapy and patient education Confidence with periodontal charting and treatment identification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and demeanor Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of clinical hygiene experience Experience with digital imaging, CBCT, and modern dental technology Experience with dental practice management software Strong treatment communication and patient education skills Experience working in a productive, team‑oriented practice Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
