What You'll Do As a Military Division Assembler, you'll play a critical role in building and testing specialized thermal management products used in demanding applications. Assemble aluminum heat pipes, control boxes, and precision components following detailed blueprints and work instructions Perform low-voltage wiring, wire routing, connector pinning, and crimping activities Solder copper piping and components while maintaining strict quality standards Conduct product testing and inspections to verify functionality and performance Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure specifications are met Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively Collaborate with technicians and team members to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For We are seeking reliable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine shop experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, high-value components Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment Ability to read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions Proven reliability with a strong work history and positive attendance record Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
