(Entry Level) Customer Service Agent - Work From Home

As we grow across our territories, we're looking for dedicated Benefits Representatives who enjoy helping people and have ambitious professional goals.
Your Responsibilities * Provide clear, helpful information about available products and services.
* Answer client questions about their coverage.
* Stay informed about changes to products, services, and benefit options.
* Review existing coverage with clients to identify options that may better fit their needs and budget. What You Bring * Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
* The ability to build trust and positive relationships with clients.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A friendly, professional attitude.
