IS Security Sr Analyst

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior cybersecurity analyst to lead product security initiatives for medical devices. The role involves developing security policies, monitoring systems, conducting assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance across enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and standards for medical equipment
• Monitor networks and systems for breaches using intrusion detection and prevention systems
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and security regulations including HIPAA and ISO 27001
• Manage security platforms and tools; provide employee cybersecurity training and awareness programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, or related field
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or information security experience
• Cloud security expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with security tools: Splunk, Nessus, Wireshark, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite
• Knowledge of security frameworks: NIST, CIS, ISO, CWE, MITRE
• AWS cybersecurity certification and/or CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP
• Healthcare regulatory compliance experience, particularly GDPR and HIPAA

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
