The Business Associate will also work with administrative scheduling, documenting patient dental treatments and payment transactions, following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments. Other duties include making financial arrangements with patients before treatment and handling collections. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact. This includes demonstrating an outgoing and friendly demeanor, greeting patients with a smile as welcomed guests to the practice. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment. This includes administrative organizational skills, learning quickly, and accepting constructive feedback. Self-motivated and driven for team success. Exceptional customer service skills, including both written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1 one or more years of dental front desk experience Denticon experience (or the ability to learn) WORK LOCATION: 2543 Locust Hill Rd Taylors, SC 29687 WORK SCHEDULE: Monday 12pm - 7pm Tuesday 7am - 2pm Wednesday 7am - 2pm Thursday 12pm - 7pm 1-2 Fridays per month 7am - 2pm
