Material Handler-A1/B1 (SLC)

Join Our Team as a Material Handler in Salt Lake City, UT!
Are you ready to be a crucial part of our production team in the beautiful city of Salt Lake City, UT? We are seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support our production processes by efficiently moving, transferring, and pulling orders. This role is essential to ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Stage and organize materials in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean work environment while performing duties.
- Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks as needed.
- Pick and pull materials from warehouse or Kanban areas with Oracle transactions.
- Verify, weigh, and stock returns from production back to warehouse or Kanban locations.
- Ensure correct part, lot, quantity, and location when pulling materials.
- Move finished goods from staging to warehouse.
- Perform label control and reconcile work orders.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and zone counting as instructed.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Fix Oracle errors as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate complex computer programs accurately.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Open availability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.
- Forklift experience.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Preferences
- Experience with Oracle systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- One year or more of related experience.
