Business & Process Development Assistant ManagerWe are a fast-growing startup organization seeking a full-time Business & Process Development Assistant Manager to join our OCC team. The position is an onsite position, working Monday through Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm with a one-hour lunch. As a growing organization, we offer numerous opportunities for professional growth.Business & Process Improvement Assistant Manager responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes. Major duties include analyzing improvement needs in daily operations, troubleshooting current/new process, and identifying areas that need improvement. This position is also responsible for helping organizations to obtain better financial growth. Therefore, duties include managing overall invoices for both facility and coordinating with related departments to ensure that the company is able to achieve revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Consistently using and integrating standard tools and approaches within daily operationWorking on front-to-back initiatives to make end-to-end processes more effectiveCreating and presenting process improvement reportsAnalyzing current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvementsOverseeing the implementation of new operation processesUpdating process and procedure policiesDeveloping process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiencyManage data and create KPIs and report to upper managementManage internal business profits and seek for opportunities for expansionSupport W&D (TPL) department on managing profits and monthly closingIdentifying areas that need improvementRecommending training activities related to daily operationDeveloping a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerpointExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift and transport items. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting.
