This role brings together leadership, financial expertise, and analytical strength to support accurate reporting, efficient processes, and informed decision making across the health system.Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing detailed financial schedules, supervising accounting and financial analysis activities, interpreting complex data, and supporting improvements within revenue and accounts receivable workflows. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting practices, advanced analytical ability, and the confidence to guide staff while collaborating with leaders across the organization.The Financial Manager I – Net Revenue Accounting will support month end close activities, lead analysis of actual to budget variances, and partner with teams such as Revenue Cycle, Reimbursement, and Payor Strategy to interpret financial trends. Leadership responsibilities include staff development, communication, performance guidance, and active participation in department culture.
