Job Description
The Tax Professional prepares individual tax returns, supports a mixed portfolio of individual taxpayers, and provides ongoing client advising. This role manages an independent caseload while collecting documentation and applying tax preparation expertise to deliver accurate, attentive client service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare individual tax returns with a focus on accurate, timely completion.
- Collect and organize client tax documents.
- Support a mixed portfolio of individual taxpayers.
- Advise clients throughout the tax preparation process.
- Manage an independent caseload during peak season.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in tax preparation.
- Familiarity with tax preparation software.
- Knowledge of individual and business taxation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective client communication skills.
- Analytical thinking abilities.
